I have apparently become drawn to knitting with beads. The other night I was looking for a short, relatively brainless project to work on, and I can’t resist a good skull and crossbones so the beaded wrist cuffs from stitch ‘n bitch nation covered all of the project elements I wanted. It was a really easy knit, although I made a couple of goofs (after the yarn got tangled I accidentally clipped my working yarn, spilling beads everywhere, and then came up six short after restringing due to a counting error). I don’t have a photo yet, because I just finished it and I’m at work, but I will have the photos up later. I’ll also have photos of my other recent foray into playing with color…
