had a blast this weekend. i went to the alaska scottish highland games in eagle river and watched a guy from oregon whomp on all the other guys. it was very cool. i also got sunburnt beyond belief there. i put sunscreen on before i left but forgot to bring it and toasted. my face and arms are bright screaming red. saturday night we went to a thai place and had some good food, then yesterday we lazed a bit then went to have a beer at the snow goose in downtown anchorage. good beer, good desserts [that’s all we had]. it was a good weekend, i’d like another please. i may end up going to see a musk ox farm one day somewhat soon, but if it falls through i won’t be crushed.
