I have officially accepted the position in Alaska for the summer. I’m a little terrified about leaving my comfortable set-up at home and going fairly far away, but I know at least one person I like got the job that I didn’t get, but will also be living in Anchorage and working kind of for the same organization, kind of. I think that it is safe to say that I will be working as a historian, but other than that, I’m going to be vague about who I am working for, for safety’s sake.
