Something’s Amiss

I don’t have photos of my new hat tonight, because my image upload is not working, and I don’t feel like manually uploading and creating thumbnails for them this late at night.  Derek and I are going to give it until tomorrow night and hope its just something screwy with the server.

It rained last night and today.  It was nice, although I guess rain isn’t supposed to happen in August.  The coast got almost an inch and a half this weekend, with the average for August being .37 inches.  I enjoyed that it was cooler.  That’s the best part of it, is that it went from being in the 90’s to being just under 70. This made it cool enough today that I could wear my hat, and the creepy guy at Albertson’s was far too interested in my hat and in what I was making with the rhubarb I was buying.  I guess Derek’s protective hovering wasn’t enough to make it clear that I was not to be hit on.  I could do without creepy people, myself.
