I got another graduation gift today, and let me tell you,
this one might be the best one yet. My boss bought me a cookbook. The Great Minnesota Hot Dish Its
full of hot dish recipes–the things I call casserole. Its full of good sounding, easy-to-make, casserole recipes.
Derek will probably tire of them very soon, but they’re quick, easy, and freeze well, as well as being
inexpensive…HOORAY!
