Too damn hot.
It was in the upper mid 90's yesterday and is supposed to be the upper mid 80's today. I got sunburnt all to bits yesterday surveying buildings in the blazing sun with not an inch of shade anywhere. And here we have today's Friday Random Ten-The way too hot edition:

here is an image of the not-yet-seamed duo. it's two strands of bernat baby in a pale yellow and a pale blue. i need to get it finished and shipped out soon, the baby it is destined for is getting older every day. (he's about 6 weeks now).
it’s alive!!
well, the baby that my office has been working on is officially live! check it out at craftcenter.uoregon.edu. Not much of my work is visible as to be pointed out and say "i did that". although i did do the majority of the photography, and almost all of the data entry as well as designing forms, etc. My main contribution was the print brochure which was sent to the printer on monday and came back looking fantastic! it was so exciting to launch the site this afternoon, like a digital baby.
