okay, so i'm not that excited, but i did get all of my ftp
issues worked out and everything is now here. On my own page. Without the big ol' banner ad at the top. This is
lovely. Eventually I'll be ditching blogger all together in favor of a system that allows skinning (I believe Derek
intends to build the system from the ground up--he's awesome). So wheee...stay tuned for the new layout, and enjoy the
new home. It may not be much yet, but its all mine!

i purchased a domain name and hosting and while i will
probably continue to use blogger, at least for the time being, the site will be published elsewhere. i'll let you know
when things are straightened out.
